Okay, this one is a bit of a toughie. Tract 2 has one or two nice house sites (I think!). This is a long strip of ground with lots of forest, and lots of arroyo bisecting it Ė thus the great price. (If it looks too good to be true, it usually is.) The good news is Ė power crosses the property, and there is paved access. Itís close to Mora (less than two miles) and itís a great deal for the right person. Tract 3 is a .37 acre tract on the south end thatís across the road Ė itís got an irrigation ditch along one end, an old adobe ruin, and itís basically all open ground. (I forgot to take photos of that part Ė sorry!) Itís easier to understand the survey and description by coming to take a peek for yourself Ė call me?
